F Building, a student housing facility located at F Sportlaan 3062 PA Rotterdam Netherlands, partnered with UseCodify to create a modern and simple English only multi page website. The goal was to clearly present room options, showcase campus facilities, allow students to schedule visits, and provide an easy way to contact the accommodation team. The website was intended to be fast, clean and convenient for both international and local students.

Client Background

F Building offers fully furnished student rooms inside the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus. The building provides a mix of private rooms and shared facility options, making it ideal for international students who prefer a safe, close and practical living environment. They needed a website that clearly communicates rooms, facilities and important campus details while helping students schedule physical visits with no confusion.

Challenges

No clear online hub: Prospective residents needed a concise and easy-to-navigate site to learn about room types, facilities, and visiting procedures.

Booking and visit scheduling: The client required a straightforward way for prospective tenants to schedule visits without adopting a full booking engine.

We embedded an Elfsight scheduling widget on the Booking page so prospective residents can choose visit dates directly on the site. We implemented Netlify form detection on the Contact page to ensure enquiries are reliably captured and routed. The design emphasises clarity, speed, and easy navigation for international students.
